Energy Coaching is a technique to aid in the personal evolution of each individual by using Energy Tools & offering Beneficial Techniques to Soothe the Self. Similar, yet distinctly different from Psychotherapy & Licensed Counseling, Energy Coaching offers a Safe & Confidential Environment to discuss one's troubles, emotions, feelings, disappointments, frustrations, & obstacles with a Coach who will be able to assist in helping alleviate ones own problems. Unlike the Western Systems of Psycho-Analysis & Diagnosis, we don't find that there is anything "wrong" or "mal-aligned" with anybody; there are simply differences in approach, learning style, behavior, & habitual patterns which may not necessarily be considered as "Acceptable" to our ill-measured society. As the popular statement says, "It is no measure of Health to be well adjusted to an ill society." As a result, we base our sessions on helping people use their unique characteristics to achieve a Self-Realized State of Being. By helping individuals turn inwards through Guided Introspective Meditation, Self-Validation Techniques, & Other Various Energy Tools, our goal is to help each person find the true Source of their Behavioral Patterns, Karmic Debt, and Self-Restricting Thoughts & Emotions themselves, then simply release the Structures which no longer serve them. When a person's own sentiments of inadequacies are fully addressed, validated, restructured, & allowed to be released, a person is able to move forward in nearly every of their lives, as they will have become alleviated of their greatest enemies: Judment, Resistance, & Attachment. Unlike the common practice in most coaching, psychiatry, & counseling sessions available today, we don't encourage one to "relive" or "work through" painful experiences; although these techniques have been somewhat effective in the past, as we shift into a New Energetic Paradigm, all that is really necessary is to simply allow oneself to release the limiting structures they have been carrying and free themselves from bondage.
